1. Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the mandatory booking payment of ₹1,000 per room is received and acknowledged by the resort. Displayed availability and rates are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
2. Check-in & check-out
Standard check-in is from 11:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
3. Identification
Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for all guests as per local regulations.
4. Payments & taxes
The mandatory booking payment and applicable taxes are charged as per the booking confirmation. This payment forms part of the total room price. The balance is payable before or at check-in. A receipt is issued for each payment and a final invoice at checkout.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation refunds are a percentage of the verified amount paid, based on how much time remains before your scheduled check-in date and time. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy governs this in full.

6. Guest conduct
Guests are expected to respect resort property, other guests and the natural environment. The resort may refuse or terminate a stay for misconduct without refund.
7. Liability
The resort is not liable for loss or damage to valuables left unattended, or for events beyond its reasonable control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the resort’s location.
