Check-in & check-out
Standard check-in is from 11:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Mandatory booking payment
A mandatory booking payment of ₹1,000 per room is required to confirm your reservation. This payment forms part of the total room price and is not an additional charge.
Remaining balance
Any remaining balance after the booking payment is payable before or at check-in, at the resort front desk or online.
Cancellation & refunds
Refunds are a percentage of the verified amount paid, based on how much time remains before your scheduled check-in date and time.

Guest identification
Valid government-issued photo identification is required at check-in for all guests, as per local regulations.

Room occupancy
Each room accommodates up to the maximum occupancy shown on its room page. Please contact us before booking if your party needs additional bedding or space.
Service charges & taxes
Applicable taxes (currently GST at 5%) are charged as shown at booking. Any additional services availed during your stay are billed separately and itemised on your invoice.
Booking modifications
Date changes are subject to availability and may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking depending on timing. Please contact us to request a change.
